26 Dec 2008 Dec Gathering....@ Top One KTV...

26 Dec 2008 was a sec gathering day ...though... we always do meet up for manjong.. but this time round, officially after N months.... We finally gt an outing outside ah da's hse... I was the Organizer for the gathering...ahaah..Did a very bad job as I didn't plan the place for dinner and of course the place to go after dinner...ahah...I thought my job was only to plan a place for everyone to meet ....after meet up program to be confirm....So, ultimately, went to Ding Tai Feng for our favourite, Xiao Long Bao and Fried Rice.....
As per normal, we headed to KTV again.... No more party world or Kbox....went to somewhere at Bugis, near Icon called the TOP ONE KTV... aahah....Btw, the 1 of the waiters there really rude and irritating...When I was talkin to him, he ignored me and even gave me attitude... I request a Big room from the captain...To my imagination and what I saw in the website, they should have a little platform or stage plus special effect of smoke and flashlight.... ahah....Yes, he did gave me a room with the special effects... BUT...there is no stage.... and furthurmore Room was squeezing... Big room can only be taken if we have 8-12 persons..O..Gosh... I don't think the room can squeeze in 12 persons... So after my nagging and arguing wit the China waiter there.... I decided to call him to ask his captain to talk to me....(btw, he still gave me attitude)... Anyway, long story....The captain was better...though, he kept talkin without letting me a chance to say anything...Finally, we gt the VIP room (wit all facilities that we were waiting for).....Special thanks to Qiqi as she and I made the most noise durin the argument.... aahah....VIP room is nt as big as the VIP room in party world...but with all the effects, I mean the smoke, laser light, flash light.. it became a place for clubbing & singing... Suits me well cos I love clubbing more than singing.... With all the RnB and pop songs.....I thought I am in Zouk or DLB O.... Da even played his lamey role as the DJ for the day..ahah...So lame.... But overall, had lots of fun...though I was drunk as the guys make me drink & drink after Qiqi left.... o pls.... Lisa so lucky as she left very early... or nt she will share the same fate as me.... Very bad... we played Bluff... Loser drink, X.a and Ah da played cheat ... So I drink and drink... Shun role was to keep asking me to drink half cup of liquor.... again n again....Best is Bong.... he nv call me drink.... I guess he was sleepy after few cups of hennesy ...no.. I think was Green Tea.....too tired to bother... hehe...Overall, it was fun and I really enjoyed it very much!!!

Tuesday, went to New Asia Bar At Swissotel.... Had my Hot passion affair drink there... What fascinated me is the night scenery from 70th storey...So romantic and nice... I could like to take tis chance to thanks Xa and shun who settled the bill for the dinner and after dinner program....

Talk about the presents that I received this yr...Not many but really gt surprises from some ppl....For example...my colleague... Mr KK, he gave me chocolates (which I don't think is cheap) and on top of that, he gave me another gift card from Topshop...He knows I am a Great fan of Topshop...so Touched!!!

Addidas T shirt is from the Gift Xchange, Makesh too top up some $$ for the very interesting T-shirt... Wendy gave me my fav penguin....Cilla gave me my fav Sun Cake/Biscuit...and my surprise gift from KK....hehe..So happy...Tks all!!! Here's presents from my Sec friend.... Witchery Scarf and IPod... Yeah... Scarf from L.s...and Ipod from X.a...Really liked it very much....Even though,the scarf seems to be a simple gift from the poor scholar, I still like it very much as it's the thoughts that counts...ahah....Ipod also very useful...can bring it everywhere and around the world...Tks all... I really appreciated it...

Last but not least...Celebration with my dearest family.... m... celebrated Xmas at An Bro's house...We did pot luck so there will be less trouble for him....gift Xchange as per normal like the previous yrs.... but this yr, there's some change in the procedure , instead of draw the number that were sticked on presents earlier, this yr is to draw our queue number ...18 presents altogether.... Lst few ppl consider lucky to choose what they like.... I gt a clock....ahaha....the greater number we are then too bad...we gt lesser gifts to choose.... hehehe

Graduation Trip to Bangkok but I graduated on Yr 2005

19 dec 2008, 1035pm, my poly friends and I went for our post Graduation trip to Bangkok...This time round was abit different from the past as last time, our gathering was always held at places like Chalets, Sentosa Beaches or anywhere in Singapore... Yes.... Intially, we were all quite worried with the riots in Thai...Don't know are we consider lucky or wat... 1 week b4 our travel date... Bangkok became peaceful than it was 6 mths ago... Shoo...Close shave.... But, as planned was 8 of us going, but 1 still couldn't get permission to go.... Poor thing... and tats Saei Weng... Anyway, we spent most of the time doing shopping in Bangkok...ahaha...been to Bkk for a few times...hahaa.. Lst time to visit Chatuchak Weekend Market... which is open in early morning , not sure wat time to 9pm at night....ahah...Intially, I thought it is those kind of late open , very late close kind of market...so tortoise me.... Chatuchak is Very very big... can say 1 day of shopping there is nt enough... as there are 10,000 shops located there.... aahah... We took 2 cabs there, but we alighted at different corners of the market... aah..took some time to get us together... lucky the Tall Clock Tower there saved our day...During my "Lost" in the market with Peter and Jiahe, we passed by an area in the market selling pets, Ya...this market is very well organized, like Area A sells Pets, Area B sells Clothes...and etc.... Yes, me passed by the Pets Corner, they sell puppies..rabbits....birds...I also see cocks fighting...So intersting, but the poor chickens got blood over their bodies... So poor thing.....Think the loser cock will become the Chicken rice of the day....

Finally, we met up with each other.... Then so we proceeded to Shopping..Yeah... Of course, the guys will felt abit bored.... ahah... except for Edwin...cos he is vain... hehehe....

We left the place around 6pm..and we headed to MBK... Yes... Peter told us there a Addidas sale (Not Imitiation) there....Yes...I bought a shorts there for Sin$32 ...intially was Sin$64.....ok..... Acceptable price...but the size is abit too big for me... M...But i am sure i am not going to grow fatter because of the shorts... Other than this, bought Wacoal Bras there.... Cheap... Almost 50% cheaper...

When me and Mk are waiting for the other grp of ppl.... We were sittng at the Smoking area...and we found out that not many Thai ppl are smokin..what we saw were only the foreigners...m... I don't mean shoppin areas only ..even outside the streets..its still the same....Seems like Thai are healthier than us.... The inner area of MBK... Christmas Season...

Next day, we headed to Shangri La Pier for our boat ride travelling to Wat Arun (Porcelain temple) and Grand Palace... Takin the Speedy boat isn't cheap at all... They charged us 400Baht/person intially... So, I tried bargaining with them again....M.... ended up paying 250Baht....

This place is somewhere near the pier, we self-entertained ourselves and took a few pics there... Actually, the main purpose to is to this place is to visit the "toilet"..not photo taking....heheh... When I am on board.... Wind strong...Boat Fast.... I love the boat ride! Yes...This is Wat Arun... Hey ppl, saw the 2 run down wooden pic takin board behind me... Yewz...Take one pic must pay 40 baht.... Lamey... So not worth it..Ya.. i did stick my face to the board... 1 lady passed by me and called me to pay $$... Lame..I told her I am nt goin to pay and I deleted the photos... So Stupid...Go in to the temple must pay 50 Baht..M...we don't have enough time so we missed the visit... So we took a pic there... ahah... Reached somewhere near Grand Palace...So unlucky, wouldn't go in as it's time for Thai to offer food for the monks.... No foreigners are allowed...even the neighbourhood great temples are also closed for the same pupose.... Too bad.... Lets go eat and leave this place... I am hungry....

So, we went back to Pathumwan area... shopping at Platinum Mall... Ppl there are more rigid.. Very hard to bargain.....Kept saying the same thing, "Wholesale, wholesale"... everything must forced us buy 3 and above if we want to get lower price..In fact, I saw the same shirt at Chatuchak... Platinum more ex.. but seems like its is easier to shop here than Chatuchak... Cos Chatuchak is too big...will get ourselves lost in the mid of our shoppin... ahah...we had a small scolding from our friend as we disappeared ourselves without informing him..then we made him waited for us for 1hr30 mins...saei weng 's fault..haah...cos we were spending our time finding his gifts...kidding......m...when he throwed his temper at us....haah...we don't even dare to say anything...eheh...cos we know its our fault...lucky..his temper don't last..power not very strong....Shoo.... So after a while, everything went back to normal... heheh..Sorry Jiahe...

We had our dinner at S &P (thai food)..Dinner was good... and our dessert was settled at A&W...Everyone missed the bear...So am I...

The last day, we went back to MBK for our last shopping, bought the local food products there....Nxt went back to platinum mall for Saei weng presents again... ahah....and Alien's shorts... Very busy....then we took a 10 Seater van back to airport (900 baht). Intially, we wanted to take cab to the airport, but lucky we changed our mind to van as our barang barang really cannot squeeze into the normal 1.6L cab..hehe...Over...the van actually costs us more $$ but at least we can bring back what we bought....ahaaha...

Pls pls....this pic makes me pissed off... actually i asked an Indian guy to help me take pic...my camera is too small for him... his hands really big... m.....Ya..he accidentally dropped my camera on the floor...Tks god...his friends and him still can laugh....This time not I dropped my camera like my previous one...Now, is ppl dropped my cam....So lucky... No scratches but the front sliding part is nt smooth anymore..need to go repair...Argh....

Overall, I enjoyed the trip.... however, there's too much shopping... think in future i will add more sight seeing to our overseas trip...Had some noises and little quarrel during travel, however, this is inevitable... but at least I see peace back within a very short time....ahah.... Quarrel is what I am afraid and dislike during travel... but this time round was good... as everyone will absorb their unhappiness and don't care... aahhaa.... Yeah!!! Ok! guys ...nxt travel to Cooler countries argh.....

Shopping with my family on 14 Dec 2008

Yesterday was a happy Saturday, spent my time with my dearest family members in town.... Bought bottoms for Chinese New Year... Guess what... Of course not to the miss the Great Offer from Levis recently... ahah..Trade in your jeans (Any Brand) and you get an offer of $50 ... aahah... but it only applies to any purchase that are $100 and above... aahah....Then, follow by shorts by Zara...which costs me around $60 bucks.. Very causual.. Bought it because I love shorts... and of course the main reason is that, the shorts makes me look abit younger.... ahahah....Cheating myself.... O ya...In between my shopping, we also took tea break at the Hawaii Cafe called.... XXX forget the name again.. think its beacuse I am too tired to look at the shop name... ahahah.... Drinks normal but sandwich quite not bad...

Before we went home, I suddenly thought of going clubbing...ahah.... as my after shopping program is cancelled... aahah.... everyone is also quite "ON" about this.... so in the end...4 of us went to Double O again, so High....I didn't really enjoy the party there as I felt that I don't really suits there anymore...the crowd there....Really Cannot make it... Army boys.... ahah.... Bored....

08 Dec 2008 is a Great Holiday!!!

This public holiday didn't actually sleep much... slept at 4 am then woke up at 8am for the sake of my sun-bathing at Sentosa....as usual, Rain spoilt my plan... Nvm... headed back for sleep..woke up at about 11am plus...was woken by my friend' sms.... ahah....So....We ended up at FarmMart... My very lst experience doing prawning.... ahah...Nice place to go and visit.... Felt like so away from the Urban and developed city...
...actually I'm scare of prawns ....felt so itch when i see their legs wriggling...Yucks!... I just know how to eat them... pay 3 hrs for $26 .... However, we are not that professional ....so we only manage to catch 1 after a stay there for an hr.... So my friends developed another manual prawning.... by using the HANDS.... No rods needed...Just aim and grab ... haah....Illegal way.. but Unique....

Under this are all Jap fish...Not Koi ..but Xx fish that eats everything including my friend's saliva... Gross....Manual at work... Hands but no Rod...Cheapo....

Altogether 6 prawns.... 3- hands to grab and 3 using rod.... ahah... $26 for 6 prawns... Wow!

Overall fun there but I really hate it when I need to make the bait for the blurry prawns... need to feed them with cockles ...so Stinko... cannot take it... After that, had my Seafood dinner there... Food quite nice...especially the Stingray and Lala.... each $8 ... Yeah!

aahah...after that.... I suggested to go Mt Faber.... somehow I felt the guys abit reluctant to go...as it isn't their cup of tea...okok.. I can understand...I might not be their special ones to go with... But I just want to go see... sometimes... I feel that going romantic places with friends is Special too.... but don't think they understand... heeh.... Talking bout the place....Okay...... as .... it was very cooling due to the after rain effect kind of weather and on top of that... we went to a location with higher altitude.... Its really cold..... I thought I am at genting.... The Xmas tree there is so beautiful and tall ...the whole place was decorated with lightnings...and with music playing while we were strolling.. Felt so relax.......

I was satisfied with the whole outing... O ya...after this, went to outram for the famous porridge...so sinful to take Supper.... aah.... Then, went home happily.... hahah

Today, went back to work...still hope that it is another holiday.... went to Jurong Point with shuai... after dinner... felt like vomiting and in the end I found out that Its my gastric problem again... I am having diarrhoea + Gastric pain+ nauseous .....Quickly go home b4 it gets worst.... I actually wanted to meet my friends... somehow it triggered me to think differently when I sms them that i am sick and I couldn't join them after my dinner wit Shuai....

I thought I told them I am sick...A....Close friends...but No reply to say a Simple "Take care"...aha..Even my collegue will ask whether am I ok... 1 yr and 10yrs... who is more precious???

Seriously, it makes me felt a little unhappy and sad....But it's ok.... I must take it easy... Mr KK said... not all ppl think the same.... ahaah... only when I told 1 of them that I am not happy with them... then he started to ask about my health... Ok ...at least... he bothered to ask me in the end and wanted to bring me to doc ....Maybe they will only become more sensitive when it comes to girls they want to woo...

Or is it I expect too much for a friend........Nvm...Hope things will get better....

Yes today went to Vivo to support my ex gf aka collegue who participated in a singing competition organized by the Singapore Youth XX.... ahah....okok....She looked cool and steady but ahaha...can hear that she is quite nervous when she is singing.... aahh....probably is her Virgin performance at public I guess... ahah... okok... Overall still good...Not sure with the results as I left earlier to continue my shopping at Vivo..... Yeah.....

My Unlucky Monday

So unlucky recently... Really funny but pain experience I had on Monday, 01 Dec 2008. I was chatting with my collegue, KK in msn... happily and when I moved to my next step...aahha.. stepped on a 3 pin plug which was lying on the floor...Ouch!!! Wow... Really Pain.....
Thought was okay the next day but who knows, my foot got swollen.. limping all the way. Instead of heading to the bathroom, I went back to my room and Zzzzzzz....... All thanks to the 3 Pin plug.... Tks!
When I woke up, called Auntie edwin to ask for location of any chinese physician... ahah.. Yes, he introduced me somewhere near Clementi....... The physician looked quite angry when I reached when it's about to be his resting time.... but lucky I joked and lame with him for a while....the atmosphere became peaceful then..Shoo....
wow.... Mr Doc removed my blood clot tat was located at the base of my foot.... Hoo...Pain..... then follow by the bandage..... He reminded me not to let water touched my foot... aha.. as It was rainning outside..He gave me a red color plastic bag...and so I got to wrap my foot with the very trendy red plastic bag and get out of the place..So embarrasing and NOT glam at all....
By the way, I would like to take this chance to thanks Edwin for accompany me there.....

What had Happened to the World?

Really felt very sad and depress over the recent news....First was the Anti Government Protest in Thailand... I am so worried as my friends and I are going there for our post-graduation trip during this coming Dec... Grenades and Bombs were involved in the chaos.... How? If I cancel my flight now.. There will be NO refund... Pray hard nothing will happen next month.......
Mumbai, Singaporean lawyer being one of the hostages, had been found death... So sad.... Read the article of hers today.. She actually look forward to the India trip but who knows it's a tragedy in disguise....
I could say the terrorist are ruthless... Blood all around the railway station. Y humans kill humans, some more people in India are all Innocent. Imagine myself in the train, What will I do? Pretend Death? or beg them to let me go? But... Y beg them.. They are merciless...
How to make peace? I really don't know Y at the another part of the earth, there's people being educated or think in this way...
What we can do is Pray and Hope everything will get better.... Now you ask me What I want for Xmas, I think Is "WORLD PEACE" and Save the Innocence...

No Clubbing on 21 Nov 2008

Friday was supposed to be a clubbing day at St James... aahah.. Too bad, My dear Cynthia.... she sprained her leg... Ended up to KTV... one of my not very High Activity.... aahha... ok.....

That day was late so I took a cab to St James, had my Tiger Draft beer... then straight away we moved to Cinileisure... ahah... Tat Cynthia promised me another clubbin at Lunar then... okok...U are forgiven then... Pray for her leg to recover asap... So unlucky of u .....

Maybe I never visit KTV for too long.. WOW... thought KTV is still $30-$35 on weekends... Now... WooHoo... I need to pay around $46....mayb we ordered soem finger food... (Sotong ball, Fries and Chicken wing =$26)... Quite Ex... I rather spend $$ for clubbing... ahah.... Can dance till ur leg break and somemore can burn Fats....ok ok ... I will give a "passed to KTV future.... Think it's not my cup of tea.... ahah.... Then reached home around 4am... Wow...Overall still enjoyed..Yeah!!!

Fri at VivoCity

ahha...Today went to Vivo wit my friend to watch Madagascar 2 ... aahh... so interesting show... ahaah.. In addition to his laughter makes me feel more like laughing... ahah... Dinner settled at Pasta Mania with my fulfilling Banana Choco Pizza .... one of my fav dessert... so Nice... Combination of Choco and my fav fruit, Mr Banana really taste like Heaven.... ahah... Then, follow by Tea time @ Toast Box... I kept talkin non-stop as to make myself awake...we have to perservere as we were still waiting for our movie at 1055 pm.. Shoo.. I cannot get my eyes off the 4 penguins from Madagascar.... aah....
Saw a Xmas tree in VivO.. I mean a Very Huge one near Marche (3rd floor).. filled with lighted stars.. So Beautiful when I saw it from far... O my..still gt time, so we went up ....CMI... went up.. what's next..they off the lights... argh....think they off the lights for energy saving purpose.... Time Switch OFF: 1030pm.. So audience, pls take note.. visit the Xmas tree only before 1030pm.... A Waste of our time going up....
Saw something interesting in a shop during my walk to the movie.... The Chin Family... hahah... My family... So Cool.... As u know... I nv seen something with my Sir name b4.... Mayb they also have "Chua" family, "Lea" family.... haha....... Argh.... But things named by my Sir name are steep nei.. see the dolly stuff..... they are actually kitchen sets... per pc cost >$100 .... they still have names for the cutie kitchen set, Queen Chin , King Chin.... and Bla bla... ahah... No $$ to buy... jus took a photo for memorable purpose...
Then, went for the show.... then end show about.... argh forget... anyway reached home around 1 am plus... Yeah!
