High Tea at 老北京with E. I think the buffet is really cheap. Think $11 ++...from 3-530pm...serve chinese food...like 小隆包, dumpling and friends...anyway E paid for the bill...opps... I had been 白吃白喝recently. So 不好意思. Ha!
